The Profile Health module helps freelancers and employers build complete, professional profiles by displaying a profile health score based on administrator-defined requirements.
Marketplace administrators can choose which profile sections contribute to the health score, encouraging users to complete their profiles and improve their marketplace visibility.
This is a Gigneo Pro module and requires a minimum Business License or higher.
Enable the Module
Before using the Profile Health module, make sure your Gigneo Pro license is activated.
Navigate to:
WP Admin → Gigneo → Modules
Enable the Profile Health module.
Configure Profile Health
Administrators can configure profile health criteria by navigating to:
- WP Admin → Gigneo → Settings → Freelancers / Employers
From the General section, you can create the checklist used to calculate profile completion.
Create Health Criteria
Administrators can assign points or requirements for different profile sections.
For example:
- Profile Photo
- Cover Image
- Biography
- Skills
- Portfolio
- Education
- Experience
- Languages
- Social Profiles
- Any other supported profile fields
Users earn profile health as they complete the required information.
Profile Health Display
The calculated profile health score is displayed on the user’s dashboard and profile.
As users complete more profile sections, their profile health percentage increases automatically.
This gives users a clear overview of what information is still missing.
