The Custom Payouts module allows marketplace administrators to create custom withdrawal methods tailored to their business requirements.
Instead of being limited to predefined payout options, you can create unlimited custom payout methods with personalized fields such as account number, wallet address, bank details, or any other information required to process withdrawals.
This is a Gigneo Pro module and requires a minimum Enterprise License or higher.
Enable the Module
Before using the Custom Payouts module, make sure your Gigneo Pro license is activated.
Navigate to:
WP Admin → Gigneo → Modules
Enable the Custom Payouts module.
Create a Custom Payout Method
Navigate to:
WP Admin → Gigneo → Settings → Payments
From the Custom Payouts section, click Add Payout Method.
For each payout method, you can configure:
- Payout Method Name
- Description
- Status
- Custom Fields
Each payout method can contain multiple custom fields depending on the information you want to collect.
For example:
- Account Number
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- IBAN / SWIFT Code
- Wallet Address
- Mobile Number
- Any custom field required for your payout process
User Payout Setup
Once a payout method is created, users can configure their payout details by navigating to:
Dashboard → Settings → Billing
The custom fields you created are displayed automatically for the selected payout method.
After saving their payout information, users can select that payout method when submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Requests
When users request a withdrawal, the selected custom payout information is included with the withdrawal request.
Administrators can review these details before processing the payment.
